Hologrammer (feat. C Monts)

The story:

Thirteen years ago I played a gig in Prague. That was where I met C Monts who was MC for the event. I really admired his style, so when he asked if he could improvise some rhymes over my live set I emphatically agreed.

A while later, I got in touch with him to propose he rap on a new track I was working on. This was for my Planes project (beats/downtempo/instrumental hip-hop). I was stoked with the result but that project was struggling to get off the ground (excuse the pun) so I shelved it.

Fast forward to 2020 during the Covid pandemic and, as many of us did, I had a spare Saturday afternoon. I decided to rework it as a Point B track. This single is the result of that endeavour.

Light beams shatter, gather all like memories, vocal reflections absorbing my energies, flawless impeccably, raw from the territories, hologrammer melodies...pure from my visions of light. Intricate words, I turn day into night.
